The Extreme Edition Dog Collar is a Wide and particularly robust nylon Dog Collar with neoprene lining. Neoprene is a high-quality and hygienic inner lining and protects your dog's neck area from abrasions.

The Collar has a buckle made of hard aluminium, which is used in aircraft construction and is therefore durable but lightweight. All metal details are rust- and nickel-free. The black powder coating on the metal details may scratch off during use.

The magnetic handle offers you a quick grip on your dog when needed and snuggles up to the Collar with the magnetic attachment when the handle is not in use. The padded inside of the neoprene handle protects and cushions the palm of your hand.

Your dog can wear the Extreme Edition Dog Collar in water, but it is not a special water collar.  

This dog collar is suitable for medium to large dogs. Especially for strong dog breeds for which conventional collars give up the ghost.
For dogs with particularly sensitive necks, the collar is very comfortable and soft thanks to the neoprene lining. Due to the lightness of the hard aluminum, the Extreme Edition dog collar is comfortable on the dog's neck and does not put too much strain on the dog when worn.

The Extreme Edition dog collar has an extremely sturdy hard aluminum buckle that can only be opened by simultaneously pulling both snaps. This means the collar is doubly secure.

In a dangerous situation, you can quickly grab your dog using the magnetic hand strap. Thanks to the strong magnets, this will cling back to the dog collar after use. Make sure that your dog does not get frightened when grabbing and pulling back the magnetic hand strap. You can practice this at home with a "collar grip training" for example.

The Extreme Edition dog collar is suitable for normal walks and dog sports. The collar should be used actively during walks and removed after the walk.

Our Vitomalia collars, dog leashes and harnesses are made of nylon material with a neoprene inner lining. We recommend that you take Vitomalia collars, dog leashes and harnesses off at home after use. This way, the products will stay beautiful for a long time and will not be unnecessarily worn out at home.

For light soiling, we recommend washing the products for 2 minutes under lukewarm water, rubbing lightly against the soiling. You don't need any detergent, just lukewarm water and your hands.
If the Vitomalia collars, dog leashes and harnesses are very dirty, they can be washed in the washing machine in the washing bag provided on a 30°C hand wash program. Please do not use detergent for dog items (collars, dog leashes and harnesses, but also dog bed covers)! Washing soda or a little vinegar is completely sufficient. Detergent is too strongly perfumed for our dogs and is very unpleasant. Vinegar and washing soda remove bacteria and keep the color fresh for a long time.
Because of the metal details, we recommend that you also put other laundry (e.g. the dog blankets) in the wash as a kind of buffer so that your washing machine is not damaged by the metal details.
