Right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:
A. Cancellation policy
The customer must immediately check delivered or collected products for accuracy, completeness and delivery damage. In the event of defects, the damage must be reported to customer support immediately and no later than 3 calendar days after delivery. The customer may not use such a product and must keep it as received in the original packaging and follow the instructions from support.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
For contracts for the delivery of goods, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
For contracts for the delivery of data that is not on a physical data carrier and is produced and provided in digital form (digital content), the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vitomalia GmbH, email: firstname.lastname@example.org) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you the value of the goods, including delivery costs in the event of a complete cancellation, excluding any additional costs arising from your choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, in the event of customs charges being incurred or other additional deviations) must be repaid immediately upon receipt of the goods in our partner warehouse. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer and will not be included in the refund.
For contracts for the delivery of goods, we may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. If these are contracts for digital online dog training products, the value of the issued vouchers and product costs will be retained from the full value of the goods upon cancellation. This also applies if they have not been used.
You have the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. to return or hand over. Please contact our customer service in the event of a return. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of digital content if we have started executing the contract after you have expressly agreed that we will begin executing the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed to us your knowledge that By agreeing to this, you will lose your right of withdrawal from the start of execution of the contract.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:
- For damaged items.
- If the original packaging is not present,
- This includes damaged or missing labels,
- The absence of the anther.
- As soon as accessories are missing.
Pack your return items securely, ideally in the original box and in the condition in which they arrived. The sender must clearly state your order number. This is the only way orders can be clearly assigned. Please send your return to the following address:

The postage costs for returning items are generally borne by the sender. In the following cases, the return costs will be borne by Vitomalia Germany GmbH:
- If you receive an item other than what was ordered,
- In the event of incorrect information in the online shop,
- Upon receipt of an item that was not ordered,
- Upon receipt of an incomplete product.
If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:
Full refund of the purchase price:
- The item is in the unopened, undamaged original packaging.
- Dog collar, dog leash and dog harness: Refund of the purchase price provided that the following conditions are met: No signs of wear, labels on the product and original packaging present.
Discount depending on the condition of the goods (at least 10% or minimum discount of €10.00):
- The item was used (exceptions: fitting).
- Individual inspection: Item with damaged packaging or item has scratches and/or signs of wear.
If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan contract, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender uses our cooperation with regard to the financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect or when the goods are returned, your lender takes over our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or the return. The latter does not apply if the subject of the present contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as much as possible, make use of your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you also have a right of revocation.
General information on returning goods
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
