A notice: We offer Free Shipping in DE-AT-CH for orders with a goods value of 99€.

Shipping Information

We usually ship orders received by 12:00 p.m. Monday to Friday on the same day. Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded. Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the next business day. Please note that additional customs and import fees may apply for some countries outside the EU, particularly Switzerland.

We want you to be happy with your order. If this is not the case, you have the right to cancel products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Exceptions are errors on our part - in this case we provide a free return label.

Sustainability and conscious shopping: Our approach of not covering the costs of returns is part of our sustainability philosophy. We want to prevent goods from being purchased randomly and then returned unnecessarily. Every return means additional packaging, takes up delivery capacity and leads to unnecessary CO2 emissions. Our goal is to make a contribution to environmental protection together with our customers and to promote conscious consumer behavior.

For returns from Switzerland: Please note that as a Swiss customer you shop with us VAT-free. Customs duties and Swiss VAT apply when importing into Switzerland. For returns, you can request a refund of import taxes.
