Shipping from multiple warehouses
We ship from our fulfillment centers in Germany and Poland. If your order needs to be split into multiple packages for logistical reasons or is being shipped from both warehouses, We charge shipping costs only once per order —in accordance with the table above.
🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland – Import Fees
Shipments to Switzerland are considered imports. In addition to the purchase price, Import duties apply, for example:
- Swiss Value-Added Tax
- Processing fees charged by the delivery service / customs
These fees are charged at the time of delivery.
Shipping & Processing Time
Orders received by 12:00 p.m. Monday through Friday are usually shipped the same day. This does not apply to pre-orders and unpaid orders. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
Returns
You can cancel orders within 30 days of delivery. Start your return easily through your customer account: Go to the returns portal
Returns from Switzerland
If applicable, you can apply to the Swiss authorities for a refund of import duties.
Sustainability & Conscious Shopping
We do not cover return shipping costs across the board. This reduces unnecessary returns, conserves resources, and cuts down on CO₂ emissions. If you're unsure about the size or which product to choose, feel free to contact us—we'll be happy to help you find the perfect fit.
