The Collar is available in different sizes and widths, so you can find the right Collar for your dog. The sizes range from S to XL, while the widths are available in 3 different options: 3 cm, 4 cm and 5 cm. This allows you to choose the right fit for your dog, regardless of breed or size.

A special feature of the "Extreme Edition" Dog Collar from Vitomalia is the handle with integrated magnets. The handle is located on the back of the Collar and can be easily pulled out when needed. It is equipped with two strong magnets that keep it securely in place and prevent it from sticking out. This reduces the risk of your dog getting caught in woodland or undergrowth, which is especially important for dogs that spend a lot of time outdoors.

Application

This Dog Collar is suitable for medium-sized to large dogs. Especially for strong dog breeds where standard Collars tend to fail.
For dogs with a particularly sensitive neck area, the Collar is very comfortable and soft thanks to the neoprene inner lining. Because the hard aluminum is lightweight, the Dog Collar Extreme Edition sits comfortably on your dog’s neck and does not place too much strain on them while worn.

The Dog Collar Extreme Edition has an extremely sturdy hard aluminum buckle that can only be opened by pressing both catches at the same time. This gives the Collar double security.

In a risky situation, you can quickly hold your dog by the magnetic hand loop. After use, it sits back against the Dog Collar thanks to the strong magnets. Make sure your dog is not startled when you grab the magnetic hand loop or when it returns to position. You can practise this at home, for example, with “Collar-grip training”.

The Dog Collar Extreme Edition is suitable for regular walks and dog sports. The Collar should be used actively during walks and removed after the walk.

Product care

Our Vitomalia Collars, Dog Leashes and Harnesses are made from nylon material with a neoprene lining. We recommend taking off Vitomalia Collars, Dog Leashes and Harnesses at home after use. This helps the products stay looking good for longer and prevents unnecessary wear at home.
We already use the highest-quality coatings, but black metal parts can still wear down and get scratched.
For light soiling, we recommend washing the products for 2 minutes under lukewarm water while gently rubbing the soiled area. You do not need any detergent for this, only lukewarm water and your hands.
For heavy soiling, Vitomalia Collars, Dog Leashes and Harnesses can be washed in the washing machine in the supplied laundry bag on a 30 °C hand-wash cycle. Please do not use detergent for dog items (Collars, Dog Leashes and Harnesses, but also Dog Bed covers). Washing soda or a little vinegar is completely sufficient. Detergent is too heavily fragranced for our dogs and very unpleasant for them. Vinegar and washing soda remove bacteria and help keep the color fresh for a long time.
Because of the metal details, we also recommend adding other laundry (e.g. the dog blankets) as a kind of buffer in the wash so that your washing machine is not damaged by the metal details.

⏱ Shipping process

Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following working day.

Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

🧭 Shipping from multiple warehouses

We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons or comes from both warehouses, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland - please note the import fees

We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. In addition to the purchase price, import duties may apply, e.g:

  • Swiss value added tax (currently 8.1 %)
  • Processing fees of the delivery service / Swiss customs (variable)

Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees in advance; they will be charged by the shipping service provider upon delivery. Please take these additional costs into account when placing your order.
