Cancellation policy for purchase options

1. Cancellation date
   Customers can cancel at any time by emailing support@vitomalia.com. Please note that our orders are often dispatched on the same day. Since our warehouse is currently informed manually about cancellations, it may happen that a timely cancellation has been submitted but the package is still shipped.

2. Refund
   If the parcel has not yet been packed and dispatched, a full refund (100%) will be made. If the parcel is already on its way, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

3. Conditions
   Cancellation is possible without giving reasons. There is a 30-day right of return.

4. Procedure
   Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail to support@vitomalia.com.

5. Future improvements
   We are working on forwarding cancellations to our warehouse in real time in order to offer an even better service. However, this function is still being developed.
