It was deliberately designed as a cushion and not as a bed, as the filling consists of a special mixture of visco and cold foam flakes. The combination of Visco flakes with memory effect and stabilising cold foam flakes ensures even pressure distribution. Two-chamber system for lasting dimensional stability

The cushion has a two-stage chamber system that prevents the filling from sliding to the side or outwards. This ensures that the ergonomic effect is maintained in the long term. While many conventional cushions form hollows or "holes" over time, the OrthoPawdic dog cushion remains stable and even.

Integrated dirt and moisture protection

A special detail is the removable dirt and moisture protection, which is included in the product as standard. It reliably protects the filling from moisture, dirt and odours, can be cleaned separately and - like the cover - is equipped with durable YKK zips.

RePET Teddy - soft & robust

The RePET Teddy fabric cover is made from 100% recycled PET bottles, is OEKO-TEX certified, hypoallergenic and free from harmful substances. With a weight of 540 g/m² ± 5%, an abrasion resistance of 45,000 cycles and a light fastness of 6, it offers maximum robustness for everyday use. Its fluffy feel makes the cushion particularly cosy, while the water-repellent surface and washability make it easy to care for.

Sustainability & quality

The entire pillow is produced in a resource-saving manner. The flakes are made from leftovers from our mattress production, which are then processed into new filling material. This avoids waste and at the same time creates a long-lasting product. Shipping process:
Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be processed the following working day. Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

Dispatch from several warehouses:
We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

Shipping to Switzerland:
We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. There may be additional costs such as Swiss VAT (8.1%) and handling fees from customs or the shipping service provider. These costs are borne by the recipient.

Return shipment

You can return your Dog Bed within 30 days of receipt. So that we can offer you an uncomplicated process, you must register the return in advance via our returns portal. This allows us to check whether the product fulfils the return criteria and then provide you with all the necessary information for the return shipment.

Return criteria:

• The bed must be in its original condition.
• All labels and barcodes must remain on the product.
• The cover and inner cushion must be packed separately, each in its own packaging.
• The bed must be vacuum-sealed again before being returned so that it does not exceed DHL's shipping dimensions.
• Heavily soiled, damaged or incomplete products cannot be returned.
  

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. As this is a bulky product, the costs may be higher than for smaller items, depending on the size and shipping service provider.
