The OrthoPawdic® ergonomic dog cushion in a square shape combines ergonomic comfort, sustainable materials and durable workmanship. It was deliberately designed as a cushion rather than a bed, as the filling consists of a specially developed mixture of visco and cold foam flakes. These high-quality materials provide pressure relief and adaptability, but without the medical support of a full-length mattress. The RePET Linen cover is made from 100% recycled PET bottles, is OEKO-TEX certified, hypoallergenic and free from harmful substances. With a weight of 520 g/m² ± 5%, an abrasion resistance of 40,000 cycles and a light fastness of 6, it offers a sophisticated, textile feel and high durability. The fine linen structure gives the cushion a modern, natural look, while the water-repellent surface and washability ensure easy care.

Sustainability & quality

The entire pillow is produced in a resource-saving manner. The flakes are made from leftovers from our mattress production, which are then processed into new filling material. This avoids waste and at the same time creates a long-lasting product. Combined with recycled covers, original YKK zips and water-repellent materials, the result is a cushion that not only benefits your dog, but also the environment.

Cleaning the cover:
The cover can be fully removed using high-quality YKK zippers and machine-washed at 30 °C. Please avoid using tumble dryers, as heat can affect the material quality. Air drying is best to help preserve the durability of the RePET Linen fabric.

Quick cleaning between washes:
Thanks to the water- and dirt-repellent coating, small stains or paw prints can be removed easily with a damp cloth — without harsh cleaning agents.

Caring for the inner cushion:
The ergonomic filling made from visco and cold foam flakes does not need to be washed. It is enough to air out the inner cushion regularly to reduce residual moisture and keep it fresh. The two-chamber system keeps the filling evenly distributed and dimensionally stable.

Protection against dirt and moisture:
The integrated moisture protection is removable, separately washable, and also fitted with YKK zippers. This reliably protects the filling from liquids, dirt, and odors.
