The Vitomalia water Collar from the Aqua Edition was developed specifically for active dogs who are out in all weather conditions and in the water. It combines waterproof material with well-considered comfort and a unique design — designed exclusively by Vitomalia.

The surface of the Collar is made from a textured HydroTex coating: it is water-repellent, dries quickly, does not absorb dirt, and remains flexible even when wet. Ideal for walks in the rain, water games, or muddy adventures.

A special feature is the raised neoprene inner lining — a Vitomalia original. It protects the sensitive neck area from friction, chafing, and pressure points. Even on wet or sensitive skin, the Collar remains pleasantly soft and gentle on the skin.

The classic pin buckle made from rustproof, nickel-free stainless steel provides a secure fit for everyday use. The stainless steel D-ring is coated with black rubber — functional, though the rubber coating may wear down over time due to friction or use. The breaking strength of the D-ring is approx. 350 kg — designed for small to medium-sized dogs.

To ensure the durability and quality of your Vitomalia Collars, Dog Leashes, and Harnesses, proper care is essential. Here are simple steps to keep your Aqua Edition products made from HydroTex structured rubber in excellent condition:

Regular cleaning:
→ Surface dirt: Regularly remove coarse dirt and hair with a wet cloth.
→ Hand washing: If needed, you can clean the products in lukewarm water without detergent. Simply soak them in water for 2 minutes and rub gently to remove light dirt.
→ Hand washing for heavy dirt: If stubborn mud has become trapped in the structured HydroTex rubber, a soft brush can be used. Gently brush out the dried mud. If needed, you can then use a mild soap solution with a soft brush to remove coarse dirt. Avoid harsh cleaning agents or hard brushes that could damage the material.

Drying:
→ Air drying: After cleaning, allow the products to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent material damage. To help your Aqua Edition dry even faster, you can dry the surface of the HydroTex structured rubber with a dry cloth.

⏱ Shipping process

Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following working day.

Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

🧭 Shipping from multiple warehouses

We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons or comes from both warehouses, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland - please note the import fees

We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. In addition to the purchase price, import duties may apply, e.g:

• Swiss value added tax (currently 8.1 %)
• Processing fees of the delivery service / Swiss customs (variable)
  

Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees in advance; they will be charged by the shipping service provider upon delivery. Please take these additional costs into account when placing your order.
