Preparation
Before putting the Harness on, check that it is the right size for your dog. Make sure all closures and D-rings are in perfect condition.

Putting on the Harness
Opening the neck area: The Harness has a practical opening at the neck. Let your dog stand calmly and open these closures so the Harness does not need to be pulled over the head. This is especially beneficial for dogs that are sensitive to having something pulled over their head.

Adjusting and closing: Place the Harness around your dog’s neck and fasten the neck closures securely. Then guide the Harness under your dog’s belly and close the buckles. Make sure the Harness fits well without restricting your dog. You should be able to slide two fingers between the Harness and your dog’s body to ensure it is not too tight.

Leash attachment options
The Harness offers four aluminum D-rings for versatile leash attachment options:

Back rings: Use the rear D-ring on the back for Long Leashes or off-leash movement. The front D-ring on the back is ideal for normal leash handling.

⏱ Shipping process

Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following working day.

Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

🧭 Shipping from multiple warehouses

We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons or comes from both warehouses, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland - please note the import fees

We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. In addition to the purchase price, import duties may apply, e.g:
